Your participation is voluntary. Enrollment in the program for non-retail and non-corporate participants is free of cost. Participants in the program are responsible for reportable taxes associated with earnings. Purchase of a vehicle, by the referral, is a requirement for payment. Per calendar year, per participant, the limit on number of enrollments in The Auto Referral Program is four. Only four payments of $100 each, per participant, per calendar year are allowed. Each referral requires a new enrollment. The Auto Referral is not reponsible for errors of oversight or omission by the participating dealerships. It is possible that by final decision at the participating dealership, including the submission of your enrollment after the vehicle is purchased by the referral, you may not receive $100. The dealership reserves the right to opt out of participation in The Auto Referral Program at any time without notice. The Auto Referral Program reserves the right to change the program and its terms and conditions at any time without notice. Employees of participating dealerships are not eligible.
